yes. I did just write that. She's kooky krazy for kolor in fact. and you know what, I love it. Don't know that I'll be cultivating the look myself this fall, but damn if it's not pretty~ and it has all of the elements I love.
this white tight look...I'm trouble with. The glasses are perfect.
I die for Kate Spade! What's not to love about the exuberance of this brand?
(But is it just me or have the ads lost a teeny tiny bit of their panache since Andy Spade left the advertising helm?...Don't get me wrong, I still love them...they just don't quite have that same je ne sais quoi for me...or am I just crazy? Probably the latter!)
I should have written kate as 'KATE'. As to clarify.
I do think a bit of the original sumthin' sumthin' has gone. But mrs.b - I thought it was funny that this line was clearly such a reflection of K's personal style. I wondered if this was intentional.
I've always wondered {w/all due respect} at a certain level, how much she was doing after a certain point.
I assume she had such an army of creatives concocting, concepting and art directing~ that she was just giving the thumbs up at the end of the table.
Susan, I haven't heard what they're doing now. Probably having a load of fun!

Anyhow, Kate Spade is bananas...truly!
I ran into Eve last year in KC. She said Kate & Andy sold the business. Any word on her next adventure?
